City of Maricopa Rural Transit Demand Study

The Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) is managing the City of Maricopa Rural Transit Demand Study. The purpose of the project is to analyze both internal transit demand and intercity demand between the City of Maricopa and the Phoenix Metropolitan area and neighboring Pinal County communities. The City of Maricopa is trying to transition from demand response to fixed service. The study will be complete in late summer 2018. This 5311 program study is funded in partnership with the Federal Transit Administration and Arizona Department of Transportation.
