FY 2019 SR-30/Tres Rios, SR-202L/South Mountain to I-17/Black Canyon Scoping Study and Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Statement

The Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the FY 2019 SR-30/Tres Rios, SR-202L/South Mountain to I-17/Black Canyon Scoping Study and Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Statement. The purpose of the project is to provide direction to MAG member agencies to allow for timely development of the future SR-30/Tres Rios Freeway between SR-202L/South Mountain and I-17/Black Canyon in Phoenix. The primary work products will be the identification of a recommended 2,000-ft corridor for the location of SR-30 and a proposed Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Statement. The project will provide ADOT and FHWA guidance in establishing future environmental studies required to meet the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969. The project will be completed in a maximum of 30 months from the notice to proceed date at a cost not to exceed $800,000.

FY 2019 Luke Air Force Base Targeted Growth Management Plan

The Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the FY 2019 Luke Air Force Base Targeted Growth Management Plan. The purpose of the project is to conduct assessments in four focus areas and draft working papers in each area. These assessments will include community engagement, such as a survey of residents living on the base and in the community to ascertain perceptions and priorities. The working papers will include draft strategies for consideration as part of the Targeted Growth Management Plan. The project will be completed in a maximum of ten months from the date of the notice to proceed at a cost not to exceed $250,000.
