Request for Proposals

FY 2019 Arterial and Bridge Needs Assessment

The Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the FY 2019 Arterial and Bridge Needs Assessment. The purpose of the project is to detail the status of arterial roads and bridges and provide a dynamic resource for answering complex questions pertaining to the needs of the region. The project will be completed in a maximum of 18 months from the date of the notice to proceed at a cost not to exceed $350,000.

Detailed proposal requirements may be obtained by contacting the MAG Office at the address indicated below or may be downloaded from http://www.azmag.gov, then “RFPs and RFQs.” For further information, please submit questions in writing by email to Ted Brown not later than ten (10) working days prior to the closing date of November 16, 2018. Responses to questions will be posted on MAG’s website at http://www.azmag.gov under “RFPs and RFQs” no later than six (6) working days prior to the closing date of November 16, 2018.

Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. MST (Mountain Standard Time) on November 16, 2018, at MAG, 302 North First Avenue, Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85003.
