Membership for this committee includes municipal planners, the United Ways, the Area Agency on Aging, local community councils, and the Arizona Department of Economic Security. The main functions of the Committee are to provide technical assistance to the Human Services and Community Initiatives Committee, develop allocation recommendations for the Social Services Block Grant and produce regional human services plans.
