With a number of Transportation Policy Committee (TPC) members invited to attend the Official Arizona State University Presidential Debate Watch on Wednesday, October 13, 2004, the TPC meeting scheduled for that date at 4:00 p.m. has been cancelled. If an October TPC meeting is necessary, it will be rescheduled to take place on October 27, 2004, prior to the Regional Council meeting.
