Request for Proposals

FY 2024 Rio Reimagined Ambassador

The Maricopa Association of Governments (“MAG”) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the FY 2024 Rio Reimagined Ambassador. The purpose of the project is to secure a full-time consultant, representing the regional stakeholders engaged in the Rio Reimagined partnership, with direct responsibility to the Urban Waters Federal Partnership (UWFP) program. The project will be completed in a maximum of 24 months from the date of the notice to proceed at a cost not to exceed $400,000.

Detailed proposal requirements may be downloaded from azmag.gov, then “RFPs and RFQs.” For further information, please submit questions in writing by email to [email protected] not later than ten (10) business days prior to the closing date of June 12, 2023. Responses to questions will be posted on MAG’s website under “RFPs and RFQs” not later than six (6) business days prior to the closing date of June 12, 2023.

Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time) on June 12, 2023.

FY 2024-2025 See Me AZ Media Consulting

The Maricopa Association of Governments (“MAG”) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the FY 2024 - 2025 See Me AZ Media Consulting. The purpose of the project is to increase road user awareness of other modes and to elicit behavior change in all users to reduce conflicts. The project will be completed in a maximum of 22 months from the date of the notice to proceed at a cost not to exceed $330,000.
