Request For Proposals

FY 2026-27 I-10 West Major Investment Study RFP

The Maricopa Association of Governments ("MAG") is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the FY 2026-27 I-10 West Major Investment Study RFP. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a multimodal corridor study of the Interstate 10 (Papago) Freeway corridor between the Deck Park Tunnel and the Loop 303 (Estrella) Freeway. The project will be completed in a maximum of 18 months from the date of the notice to proceed at a cost not to exceed $2M. Detailed proposal requirements may be downloaded from https://azmag.gov, then “RFPs and RFQs.” For further information, please submit questions in writing by email to [email protected] not later than ten (10) business days prior to the closing date of July 29, 2026. Responses to questions will be posted on MAG’s website at https://azmag.gov under “RFPs and RFQs” not later than six (6) business days prior to the closing date of July 29, 2026. A pre-offer conference will be held via in person at MAG offices, as well as virtually, from 1:30pm to 3:30 pm on Tuesday June 16, 2026. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time) on July 29, 2026.
