Request for Proposals

2021-2025 DON'T TRASH ARIZONA Litter Prevention and Education Program

The Maricopa Association of Governments (“MAG”) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the 2021-2025 Don't Trash Arizona Litter Prevention and Education Program. The purpose of the program is to reduce litter on the regional freeway system by implementing strategies to increase public awareness and change behavior among offenders. The consultant will implement a program with a budget not to exceed $300,000 per year, contingent upon annually approved funding in the MAG Unified Planning Work Program. The entire project will be completed in a maximum of 60 months from the date of the notice to proceed at a cost not to exceed $1.5 million.

Detailed proposal requirements may be obtained by contacting the MAG Office 602-254-6300 or may be downloaded from http://www.azmag.gov, then “RFPs and RFQs.” For further information, please submit questions in writing by email to Kelly Taft not later than ten (10) business days prior to the closing date of August 28, 2020. Responses to questions will be posted on MAG's website at http://www.azmag.gov

Proposals will be accepted until 12:00 PM (noon) Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on August 28, 2020.
