Request For Proposals

FY 2025-2026 Transportation Policy and Programs Creative Services and Graphic Design

The Maricopa Association of Governments ("MAG") is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the FY 2025-2026 Transportation Policy and Programs Creative Services and Graphic Design. The purpose of the project is to deliver data visualization and data analytic services to MAG to support programs, projects, and policy development associated with the Regional Transportation Plan, Regional Strategic Transportation Infrastructure Invest Plan (RSTIIP), and Transportation Improvement Program. The project will be completed in a maximum of 24 months from the date of the notice to proceed at a cost not to exceed $200,000 annually. MAG may offer to extend the period of this agreement for three (3) additional one (1) year options based on consultant performance and funding availability. Consultant shall be notified in writing by MAG of its intention to extend the contract period at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of the base contract period.

Responses to questions will be posted here not later than six (6) business days prior to the closing date of October 28, 2024.

Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time) on October 28, 2024.
