FY 2021-23 Maricopa Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry System Evaluation

The Maricopa Association of Governments (“MAG”) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the FY 2021-23 Maricopa Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry Evaluation. The purpose of the project is evaluating the current regional Coordinated Entry System (CES), identifying opportunities to strengthen the system, including responding to COVID-19 impacts and lessons learned, and to implement the system enhancements ensuring coordination with other efforts, resulting in a system that more accurately, equitably, and effectively responds to the COVID-19 crisis and ongoing demands on the system. The project will be completed in a maximum of 16 months from the date of the notice to proceed at a cost not to exceed $200,000.

Responses to questions will be posted on MAG’s website at www.azmag.gov under “RFPs and RFQs” not later than five (5) business days prior to the closing date of February 9, 2022.

Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on February 9, 2022.

FY 2022-2023 Travel Data and Surveys On-Call

The Maricopa Association of Governments (“MAG”) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified consultants capable of providing professional services for the FY 2022-2023 Travel Data and Surveys On-Call to form an On-Call list of consultants to provide services to MAG.

Detailed SOQ requirements may be downloaded from azmag.gov, then “RFPs and RFQs.” For further information, please submit questions in writing by email to shong@azmag.gov not later than ten (10) working days prior to the closing date of February 9, 2022. Responses to questions will be posted on MAG’s website at azmag.gov under “RFPs and RFQs” not later than six (6) working days prior to the closing date of February 9, 2022.

SOQs will be accepted until 3:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time) on February 9, 2022.

FY 2022 Congestion Management Process Update

The Maricopa Association of Governments (“MAG”) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the FY 2022 Congestion Management Process Update. The purpose of the project is to produce a complete and comprehensive update to MAG’s current Congestion Management Process. The project will be completed in a maximum of eighteen (18) months from the date of the notice to proceed at a cost not to exceed $200,000.
