Statement of Location Where All Notices of the Meetings of the Maricopa Association of Governments Will be Posted
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, the Maricopa Association of Governments hereby states that all notices of the meetings of the Maricopa Association of Governments and any of its committees and subcommittees will be posted in Suite 200 (2nd floor lobby) of the building located at 302 N. First Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.
This location is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except legal holidays. Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.
For the public convenience, agendas are also available on the MAG website. A calendar page of public meetings is displayed prominently on the home page for convenience, and also can be found on committee pages of interest.
