The Arterial Life Cycle Program (ALCP) is the financial management tool for the arterial street component of the Regional Strategic Transportation Infrastructure Investment Plan (RSTIIP). The program provides information for each project spanning the 20-year life of Proposition 479. This includes project location, regional funding, year of work, type of work, status of the project, and lead agency.
