The meeting of the MAG Telecommunications Advisory Group (MAGTAG) originally scheduled for Thursday July 24, 2003 has been canceled. The next meeting of the MAGTAG is scheduled for Thursday, August 28, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. in the MAG Cholla room. The August agenda will be full, and your attendance is especially important for this meeting. The August agenda will include an update on the Regional Videoconferencing System Marketing Plan and Videoconference Usage for MAG FY 03, discussion from the Regional Telecommunications Strategic Plan Working Group, an update on the Additional Sites and Outreach Project and possibly an update on the Government Information Technology Agency activities.
