Submitting the Application
Partners will begin by agreeing to community agreed-upon standards, then be automatically taken to the application form where all site or outreach information is collected. This information is vital for mapping and coordination. Private residences and mobile sites cannot be shown on the map.
After submitting, partners will receive an email with the link to the application form in the event that more sites need to be submitted at a later time. This link can be used at any point throughout the season.
Partners submitting applications for stationary sites (hydration stations, cooling centers, respite centers, and donation sites) can expect to see their site on the HRN map within 24 business hours unless otherwise contacted for information clarification.
Updates to Heat Relief Operation
