The RCN Working Group (WG) develops recommendations for the management of the RCN and its future expansion. All recommendations for RCN expansion, modification or repair that require funding will be carried forward through the MAG approval process jointly sponsored by the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Committee and the Technology Advisory Group (TAG). No cost changes may be approved by the ITS/TAG committees on the recommendation of the WG.
