The Rio Reimagined Active Transportation Study is exploring a connected regional trail along the river corridor, linking communities and creating new ways to walk, bike and enjoy the river. Through 11 public events and interactive online tools, MAG heard from hundreds of participants, whose feedback emphasized better connections to nature, a seamless regional corridor and useful trail amenities.

These data stories are being compiled and will be ready for your review in mid-September. Sign up to be invited to share your thoughts at the bottom of the Rio Reimagined Active Transportation Study page.

It's back-to-school time, and that means children crossing streets to get to class. MAG has launched a refreshed online training program to help school crossing guards across the region build the skills they need to keep students safe. Available year-round in English and Spanish, the training includes short video modules, a completion confirmation and an updated training manual, making consistent safety training easier to access anytime.
