This meeting will be held in the Chaparral room, 2nd floor. Please see agenda for details. In place of the CoC Planning Subcommittee meeting on April 15, a system-wide mapping session will be held. As a group, we will map the flow of the current homeless delivery system from time of "entry" into the system to the time of "exit" of the system. The goal of the system mapping session is to better understand the current pathways that are typical for individuals and families navigating through the homeless delivery system. The system mapping session will inform the work of the Continuum of Care Committee and the development of the Regional Coordinated Assessment System. Please come prepared to the meeting to discuss the typical flow or process consumers take from the time someone becomes homeless to the time they are permanently housed. Feel free to bring handouts or other tools you feel will add value to the discussion.
