Freeway Life Cycle Program

The Freeway Life Cycle Program (FLCP) is the management tool for the implementation of freeway and highway projects identified in the MAG Regional Strategic Transportation Infrastructure Investment Plan (RSTIIP). The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) maintains and implements the freeway program priorities established by the RSTIIP. The program utilizes funding from the Proposition 400 and 479 half-cent sales taxes as well as from state and federal revenue sources.
