Meridian Road Corridor Study Recommendations
The Meridian Road Corridor Study has developed a set of recommended improvements based on technical analysis, stakeholder coordination, and community input. These recommendations are intended to improve connectivity, safety, and traffic operations along the corridor.
Please share your comments regarding the recommended improvements outlined above. The public comment period will remain open through March 16, 2026. All comments received will be reviewed and documented as part of the study record.

Join us any time between 5:30 and 7:00 p.m. to meet with the team, learn about the Meridian Road Corridor Study, discuss transportation alternatives for future corridor improvements, and provide us with your feedback.
The Maricopa Association of Governments, in partnership with the Cities of Mesa and Apache Junction, Maricopa, and Pinal County, is conducting a transportation corridor study along Meridian Road between State Route 24 and Superstition Boulevard. The study will identify needed improvements to address existing and future travel needs and improve connectivity for drivers, bicyclists, and pedestrians.
