Annual Notice of Funding Opportunity

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) annually releases the Continuum of Care Program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), a grant that supports our community's commitment to ending homelessness. The complete program regulations can be found under 24 CFR Part 578.

The FY2024-2025 NOFO was re-released on January 9, 2026 with a submission date of February 9, 2026. Projects awarded in FY24 are not required to reapply and instead may be eligible for FY25 funds using their FY24 application submissions. These projects will not be submitting a local or e-snaps application, and no action is required at this time. Funding for new projects is pending further information from HUD and remains on pause.
